A new book for families of children born with cleft lip and palate

Those entering dental hygiene practice might want to order a copy of this book as an educational tool for children and families with cleft lip and palate. This 64-page soft cover book is written in two parts. The first part tells a gentle and loving story that can be read to children, but also touches the adults in a family. The second half of this book is filled with help and resources for cleft-affected families, including a before/after gallery of persons who were born with a cleft and have undergone surgeries for repair.
